I started Project Gratitude because I believe practicing gratitude is a useful way for us to feel happier. 'Gratitude' might sound like an easy concept, but it is something that is easily overlooked in this modern world that is full of distractions and comparisons. At Project Gratitude, we want to bring the idea of 'gratitude' to the top of your mind again.
You might just need a daily reminder to practice gratitude; or you might need someone to guide you along. Eventually, if we could form the habit to pick up all the big or small happiness in our day, we can take baby steps towards contentment and positivity. These baby steps could eventually compound into something more! Taking the first step is often the hardest, but read on to see how Project Gratitude can help you through this journey.

Project Gratitude is a great avenue for anyone who wants to learn about themselves and how to be happier and more contented with their lives! The community (especially the facilitators) were super encouraging and it’s just a really wholesome experience that I’ve gained so much from

Project Gratitude is like a personal mentor who reminds me to be grateful for the little things in life daily! Especially love the thoughtful summary at the end of the session!

Project Gratitude forces me to think of the positive. It is natural to remember the negatives and focus on the forces against you. Ending the day by thinking of areas in life to be thankful for helps me stay happy and maintain a positive outlook of life. This is a good habit that I will keep for a long time to come!

Through Project Gratitude, I was able to build a rhythm of giving thanks into my daily life, which has helped me to choose joy everyday :) I enjoyed journeying alongside others on this gratitude journey as well - hearing what they were grateful for expanded my perspectives too!!
Thank you Jason & the project gratitude team for this initiative!!

Project Gratitude Team
The effectiveness of Project Gratitude can differ across individuals. Imagine it to be like a gym membership -- the program is here to provide the tools and the team is here to support you to learn more, but the outcome depends heavily on an individual's own effort.
For a more relatable and actual assessment of the program, check out what the previous participants of Project Gratitude have to say about Project Gratitude.
Project Gratitude does require you to share your daily entries with our Moderator, as the entries would be kept to create a personalized report for you. We can assure all participants that all shared information is kept strictly confidential, and personal details are only enquired when needed for admin purposes.
If you prefer to do this in a private setting without help from the Project Gratitude team, you may conduct a Gratitude Journal on your own! It is easy, just set a daily reminder to list down 3 things you are grateful for for the day. Simple as that!
At Project Gratitude, we hope to be transparent about our pricing:
The payment made is a valuation of the time and effort the team takes to coordinate the program and assist all participants.
In addition to the personalized attention given to you/your group, everyone will take away some tangible reports at the end of it.
We certainly hope everyone who joins Project Gratitude is able to get through the project together, but we understand unexpected circumstances can arise. If there is a need, you may pause the program and continue again next time.
Just a note -- for a group setting, the group has to pause the program together.
Cancellation with full refund is available up to 2 days before the commencement date.
No refund is given once the program commences.
